WPLR Chaz & AJ David Biller a good friend of mine. I’ve known him for almost 20 years. Wow. He’s a public insurance adjuster. So there’s an insurance adjuster, they work for the insurance company. Their job is to not to write out a big check. Right? Save them money? So all that money, they come out, they’re not your friend, your agent might be your friend, but the insurance adjuster that comes out looks at the damage to your house. No, sorry, no. For example, this woman had some wind and shingles, blew off her roof, water came in the house, she calls the insurance agent, nice enough person, yes. They send out an adjuster. Adjuster comes in, they’re like, yeah, I don’t see anything. They didn’t take a ladder, they don’t climb up on the roof, none of that. Yeah, so adjuster leaves, you have no claim. She calls David Biller. Biller comes over, pulls the ladder out, he personally climbs up the ladder, walks around the roof, says, yes, you’re missing a shingle. Here, here and here. There is also water damage inside the house, David calls the insurance company and within hours has a check for her. He’s my hero. Fix the roof, get rid of that water damage, spray from all, do all the right things. This is how it’s supposed to work. Exactly. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. You need this person to come and say, oh, no, I see right here. Yeah, yeah, cut the check. That’s right. You could just google Billerassociates insurance adjuster or go to Billerassociates.com. That’s Billerassociates.com. Tell David I sent you. Hear the comments in full:...
