Connecticut's First Public Insurance Adjuster
David grew up in East Haven, CT. He graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts Degree from Colgate University and holds a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law. In addition to being a public adjuster, he is also a licensed attorney.
David learned, at a very young age, from his Dad, how to pick up every last detail of damage, analyze an insurance policy and how to navigate the claim process. David has spent his entire life developing unique and unmatched skills to represent his clients.
David lives in Wallingford, CT with his family. In addition to fighting for his clients, David is passionate about giving back to his community and remains active in a variety of local charities and he is on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals and Goodwill. David is known and respected throughout the industry as one of the foremost authorities in the field of public adjusting and you can often hear him on the radio or see him on the network news educating the public on the insurance claim process.

Joe grew up in West Haven, raised his family in Cheshire and resides in Hamden CT. When he isn’t helping clients, he enjoys attending concerts, baseball, football, grilling and discovering new restaurants.

Laura has a degree in Business Management from Boston University. Before coming to Biller Associates she was in the IT field.

Melissa is a member of the New England Appraisers Association, American Library Association, former board member of the Albert Schweitzer Foundation of Connecticut, the Salvation Army Regional Board (Albany, NY) and the Capital Region Library Association (Hartford, CT).
She has a B.A. from California State University of Los Angeles and an M.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to her B.A. and M.A., Melissa was a Princeton University Regional Studies Fellow, Department of Oriental Studies; A Bayard Still Fellow in History, NYU; a Post-Master’s Research Fellow, American University in Cairo, Egypt; and holds a Diplome d’Etudes Supererieures, Universite de Dijon, France.
